Haiyom shiv’ah v-arba’im yom, shehaym shishah shavuot vechamishah yamim ba’omer.

“You shall count for yourselves — from the day after the Shabbat, from the day when you bring the Omer of the waving — seven Shabbats, they shall be complete. Until the day after the seventh sabbath you shall count, fifty days.” (Leviticus). “You shall count for yourselves seven weeks, from when the sickle is first put to the standing crop shall you begin counting seven weeks. Then you will observe the Festival of Shavu’ot for Adonai Eloheinu.” (Deuteronomy).

“Blessed are You, Adonai Eloheinu, King of the universe, Who sanctified us with Your commandments and commanded us to count the Omer.”

The Forty-seventh Mashal of Messiah:

Judgment on the day of the Mashiach’s return from Heaven

[Mattai 25:31] It will be that when ben Ha’adam (the Son of Man) comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on the throne of his glory. All nations will be gathered before him (לְפָנָיו-lit. before ‘his face’), and he will separate them like a shepherd separates the sheep and the goats. He will stand the sheep to his right and the goats to his left. Then the king will say to the noble ones standing on his right, “Come, those who are blessed ones of Avi (בְּרוּכֵי אָבִי-blessed ones of my Father), and possess (inherit) the kingdom that has been ready (prepared) for you since the foundation of the world. For I was intensely hungry (רָעֵב), and you fed me. I was thirsty (צָמֵא), and you gave me a drink. I was traveling, and you took me in; naked (עָרוֹם), and  you covered me; sick (חוֹלֶה), and you visited me. I was in prison (בְּמַאֲסָר), and you came to me.”

[Mattai 25:37] The righteous ones (הַצַּדִּיקִים-ha Tzaddikim) will answer and say, “Our Master (אֲדוֹנֵנוּ-Adoneinu), when did we see you hungry and sustain you, or thirsty and give you a drink? When did we see you traveling and take you in, or naked and cover you? When did we see you sick or in prison and come to you?”

[Mattai 25:40] The the king will answer and say to them, “Amen, I say to you, what you have done for one of these the least (הַקְּטַנִּים-the least, the smallest, the youngest) of my brothers (אַחַי) you have done for me.” Then he will also say to those standing to his left, “Go away from me, those who are cursed, to the eternal fire prepared for the adversary (שָׂטָן-satan-الشيطان) and his angels. For I was hungry, but you did not feed me. I was thirsty, but you did not give me drink. I was traveling, but you did not take me in; naked, but you did not cover me; sick and in prison, but you did not visit me.”

[Mattai 25:44] These, too, will answer, “Our Master, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or traveling or naked or sick or in prison and did not attend to you?” Then he will answer them, saying, “Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these the least ones of my family, you also did not do for me.” These will go to the eternal place of torment but the righteous to eternal life

When the ben Ha’adam returns in his glory:

But when the Son of Man (ben Ha’adam) comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. All the nations (הַגּוֹיִים-HaGoyim) will be gathered before him; and he will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; and he will put the sheep on his right, and the goats on the left.”

When the Messiah returns “in his glory,” he will judge not only the nation and people of Israel, as was indicated in the meshalim of the “Wise and Foolish Virgins” and the “Servants Given Talents” but he will also judge the gentile nations and peoples. However, these judgments are not the same as the Great White Throne (כִּסֵּא לָבָן גָּדוֹל) judgment which follows at the conclusion of the thousand year reign of Messiah on earth.

A global judgment of the gentile nations and peoples occurs on the day when Messiah returns to Israel from heaven.

The global judgment of the Gentiles occurs one thousand years before the Great White Throne judgment. The judgment in view here is not the final (universal) white throne judgment when the unrighteous dead are assembled before God, when it is officially made known to them that their names are not listed in the Book of Life; and therefore, when these unrighteous ones are declared to be permanently separated from the Presence of Almighty God.

This judgment of the Gentiles determines who will be blessed to be allowed to enter into the messianic age of the Kingdom of Adonai our God and who will be accursed and sent to the temporary place of the dead (גֵיהִנּוֹם-Gehinnom) to await final sentencing later—-at the (final) Great White Throne judgment.

He will separate the Sheep from the Goats:

The words “the nations” should be translated as “the Gentiles (HaGoyim).” The specific audience being addressed in today’s mashal of the ‘Sheep & Goats will be separated’ is to all of the nations and peoples of the world, other than the Jewish people, who will be living through the tribulation period (during the yet future seven years of Jacob’s Trouble). These future Gentiles who will have lived through the time of Jacob’s Trouble will all be judged individually for how they each responded (not as national groups) to the needs of the Messiah’s family. The populations involved are described as persons who are sheep and persons who are goats, which the Messiah our King will separate: “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world (הַמּוּכָנָה לָכֶם מֵאָז הִוָּסֵד תֵּבֵל):

For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat;
I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink;
I was a traveler (אֺרַח-one on the ‘road’), and you invited me in;
Naked, and you clothed me;
I was sick, and you visited me;
I was imprisoned, and you came to me.’”

The righteous will Pass the Test:

The king “on his throne” will extend an invitation to those on his right hand, the sheep, to enter the Kingdom of Adonai (our Father and our God) that has been prepared from the foundation of the world. The basis of these righteous ones being blessed of the Father (HaAv) to enter His (God’s) Kingdom is seen in their righteous actions. For by these persons providing *food, drink, clothing, and care to the children of Israel—the family of Messiah the King—these (God fearing) gentiles are treated by the Messiah our king as if they had personally cared for him:

*Tzedakah (צדקה) and Hachnasat Orchm (הכנסת אורחים) -These persons of righteous memory are Gentiles who have lived a righteous life of fearing God; these persons are especially blessed of God because they have performed many acts of charity and hospitality toward His family (משפחתו של אלוהים)—-the people of Israel (עם ישראל).

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Our Master, when did we see you hungry, and feed you, or thirsty, and give you something to drink? And when did we see you a stranger, and invite you in, or naked, and clothe you? When did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?’ The King (Yeshua is a Jew) will answer and say to them, ‘Amen I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these my (Jewish) brothers, even the least of them, you did it to me.’”

The King (our Messiah Yeshua) as a Jew is performing here his duty – *Yizkor for the Righteous Gentiles (יזכור לחסידי אומות העולם-Remembrance of the Righteous Among the Nations) – to bless as a Jew all those righteous Gentiles who have performed acts of charity to save God’s family – the people of Israel – from persecution and death.

*Yizkor means “may [God] remember” – it presently has mostly to do with remembering the righteous dead (memorial services and prayers) but in the time of Messiah even the dead will rise to new life. For the righteous ones of the past will be living in the present as immortals. Therefore, specifically related to the (final) Great Tribulation yet to come both the righteous ones of the nations who have lived through the seven year tribulation (mortal) and those who died (as martyrs) and are raised from the dead (immortal) will walk among us in the messianic age – after our Messiah returns to Israel from heaven in the Golden Age of Israel  to come!

Being Gentiles these righteous persons know nothing about the obligation they have forever placed on Adonai (the LORD) our God, His Messiah King, and all of us who are Jews. These wonderful people are completely shocked by the King’s words of deep gratitude and appreciation; and these Gentiles of righteous memory are even more surprised by the Messiah King’s act of conferring upon them the great blessing of entering into his kingdom (messianic age) as those (designated) righteous ones who all of our nation and people of Israel must always treat with great respect, affection, and special honor.

So shall the Messiah favor those from among the nations who perform acts of charity to save his family of Israel.

Therefore, the Messiah King’s statement will prompt the sheep to respond that they do not recall ever having ministered directly to the King. The King will answer that these righteous persons performed these services for his Jewish brothers (and sisters; his family of Israel) and by so doing (without knowing it) they were ministering to the King himself.

The test will be, “Do you love the People of Israel?”

The expression “these brothers” (and sisters) refers to a third group that is neither sheep nor goats. This  group is the children of Israel (בני ישראל), the (elect) physical family of Yeshua the Messiah (משפחתו הפיזית של ישוע המשיח). In view of the distress in the yet future Great Tribulation period, it is clear that any Jew or Jewess (and our little ones) living at that time will have a difficult time surviving.

One more (final) time in the future the forces of an evil world dictator, the anti-messiah, will once again do all that he possibly can to annihilate our people of Israel (remember the Holocaust).

A Gentile going out of his or her way to assist a Jew or Jewess in the (future) tribulation will mean that such a Gentile is an authentic believer in the Messiah. By such a person acting as a supporter of the Jews (the Messiah’s family) that gentile will have put his or her life (and the lives of their little ones) in jeopardy.

Although the righteous works of an individual cannot save a person (Jew or Gentile), such courageous self-sacrificing works of compassion and charity are evidence that the person has truly been redeemed by the Messiah and that he or she has genuinely received the gift of the Indwelling Presence of the Spirit of the Holy One. Therefore, once again, we are reminded that according to the Messiah:

The mitzvah of Hachnasat Orchim (הַכנָסַת אוֹרְחִים-Hospitality) is the true test of one’s faith in the living God.

In these ‘last days’ it is commanded by Messiah that all of his gentile followers provide food and shelter to his Jewish family; his gentile followers are commanded to always help his Jewish family; this command of the Messiah is especially binding on his gentile followers during the (yet future) seven year period of time called by our prophets—-the time of *Jacob’s Trouble.

*This future offering of sanctuary to the Yehudim (the Jews), the family of the Messiah, will cost many of these (future) gentile followers of Messiah their lives; and it will even cost the lives of their families (their little ones). On the one hand it is important to note that these heroic martyrs of the nations will be rewarded eternal life in the age to come. On the other hand, one must also ask what will be the *fate of those gentiles who refuse to give asylum (protection, and sustenance) to the family of the Messiah?

The cost of not giving asylum to Messiah’s Jewish brothers and sisters (and littlle ones) –  especially in a time of persecution – will be far greater than the loss of one’s physical life (physical death). It will be eternal judgment (spiritual death) in the age to come. Therefore, the Messiah has said:

“Don’t fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather fear Him (ה’) who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”

These words clearly communicate how loyal the Messiah is to his own physical family, the children of Israel (בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל). These words are spoken by the Shofet haChayim v’hametim, the Judge of the Living and the Dead. After truthfully hearing these words we (Israel) should never doubt the Messiah Yeshua’s loyalty to his family and our family, the children of God (בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל).

This final warning of Adonai (the LORD) spoken through His Messiah (Psalm 2) to all of the nations, peoples and families of the nations of the world – especially those who publicly profess to be God fearers and followers of His Messiah – is never do harm to His (God’s) family; and to always remember this warning comes with a command:

Always give aid, comfort, and shelter to every Jew and Jewess you meet up with.

This applies whether the Yehudi is humble and good (the great) or proud and bad (the least). This word of the Messiah has placed a very serious demand upon all of the nations, peoples and families of the world – for all of time.

Yet sadly we believe that at least ninety-five percent of all of the gentiles who have ever called themselves a Christian have been and continue to be completely unaware of this very serious prophetic warning of the Messiah Yeshua. No doubt there will be a host of gentiles who have historically persecuted and martyred the children of Israel, the (real) family of the Messiah,who  shall one day stand before Ha-Mashiach Yeshua and he will sternly say to these “accursed ones:”

“Depart from me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels.”

“For I (my family-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל) was hungry, and you gave me nothing to eat; I (my family-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל) was thirsty, and you gave me nothing to drink; I (my family-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל) was a traveler (and a stranger), and you did not invite me in; naked, and you did not clothe me (my family-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל); sick, and in prison, and you did not visit me (my family-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל)!”

The wicked will Fail the Test:

To the goats on his left hand the King (the glorified immortal Messiah) will pronounce judgment. They will be told, “depart into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels.” The basis of this judgment will be the failure of these persons to compassionately extend shelter and aid to the family of the Messiah.

“Then they themselves also will answer, ‘Our Lord (Master), when did we see you hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of you?’ Then he will answer them, ‘Amen I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these (Jewish men, women and children), you did not do it to me.’ These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous (Gentiles) into eternal life.”

These gentile persons who call the Messiah “Our Lord,” who have completely failed to understand the chesed loyalty (steadfast love) of Adonai our Father to us, His family of Israel, will be judged by the very same Messiah who they once claimed was their Lord— and this judgment will last for all eternity. For it is written:

Depart from Me, accursed ones (אֲרוּרִים), into the eternal fire (אֵשׁ עוֹלָם) which has been prepared for the devil and his angels!

Again, it is written:

“Vengeance is Mine, and retribution,
In due time their foot will slip;
For the day of their calamity is near,
And the impending things are hastening upon them.”

“For Adonai will vindicate His people!”

Those who Pass the Test will enter the Kingdom of Adonai:

In the future observance of Yom Kippur, at the unknown year (time) when our Conquering Messiah ben David returns to Israel in great glory to earth and swiftly judges the wicked gentiles and rewards the righteous gentiles, then finally the kingdom rule of Adonai (the LORD) our Father and our God will begin here on earth. Then at that glorious time only those persons who have been authentic followers of the Messiah will be allowed to enter the kingdom of Adonai.

The era of the kIngdom of God will be a time that is more blessed than at any other time in human history.

The age of the kingdom of Adonai will be like that of the time of the Garden of Eden (Gan Eden). In the Kingdom of Adonai there will be a host of resurrected immortals who will be serving the world populace. These immortals will be present to assist all of the mortal populace who are privileged to live as members of the nation of Israel and the Commonwealth of Israel during the one thousand year reign of our Messiah. These immortals will act as humble servant-ambassadors on behalf of the “Lord of lords and King of kings.”

So to those of you (Gentile) righteous ones who have and will continue to pass the test of loving the Messiah’s family (the children of Israel): The King, who is the Judge of the Living and the Dead (Shofet haChayim v’hametim) says to you:

“Come, you who are the blessed ones of my Father, and possess the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world!”
