Markos 7:31-37
וַיָּשָׁב וַיֵּצֵא מִגְּבוּל צוֹר וְצִידוֹן וַיָּבֹא אֶל־יָם הַגָּלִיל בְּתוֹךְ גְּבוּל עֶשֶׂר הֶעָרִים׃ וַיָּבִיאוּ אֵלָיו אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר הָיָה חֵרֵשׁ וְאִלֵּם וַיִּתְחַנֲנוּ לוֹ לָשׂוּם עָלָיו אֶת־יָדוֹ׃ וַיִּקַּח אֹתוֹ לְבַדּוֹ מִקֶּרֶב הֶהָמוֹן וַיָּשֶׂם אֶת־אֶצְבְּעוֹתָיו בְּאָזְנָיו וַיָּרָק וַיַּגַּע עַל־לְשֹׁנוֹ׃ וַיַּבֵּט הַשָּׁמַיְמָה וַיֵּאָנַח וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלָיו אִפַּתַּח וּפֵרוּשׁוֹ הִתְפַּתֵּחַ׃ וּבְרֶגַע נִפְתְּחוּ אָזְנָיו וַיֻּתַּר אֵסוּר לְשׁוֹנוֹ וַיְדַבֵּר בְּשָׂפָה בְרוּרָה׃ וַיְצַו עֲלֵיהֶם שֶׁלּא־יַגִּידוּ לְאִישׁ וְכַאֲשֶׁר יַזְהִירֵם כֵּן יַרְבּוּ לְהַשְׁמִיעַ׃ וַיִּשְׁתּוֹמֲמוּ עַד־מְאֹד וַיֹּאמְרוּ אֶת־הַכֹּל עָשָׂה יָפֶה גַּם־הַחֵרְשִׁים הוּא עֹשֶׂה לְשֹׁמְעִים גַּם־הָאִלְּמִים לִמְדַבְּרִים׃
יֵשׁוּעַ יָצָא מֵאֵזוֹר צוֹר וְחָזַר דֶּרֶךְ צִידוֹן אֶל יַַם הַגָּלִיל, דֶּרֶךְ אֵזוֹר עֶשֶׂר הֶעָרִים. הֵבִיאוּ אֵלָיו אִישׁ חֵרֵשׁ וּמִתְקַשֶּׁה בְּדִבּוּר וּבִקְשׁוּ מִמֶּנּוּ שֶׁיָּשִׂים אֶת יָדוֹ עָלָיו. לָקַח אוֹתוֹ יֵשׁוּעַ אֶל מִחוּץ לֶהָמוֹן בִּיחִידוּת, שָׂם אֶת אֶצְבְּעוֹתָיו בְּאָזְנָיו וּלְאַחַר שֶׁיָּרַק נָגַע בִּלְשׁוֹנוֹ, וּבְהַבִּיטוֹ הַשָּׁמַיְמָה נֶאֱנַח וְאָמַר אֵלָיו: “הִפָּתַח!” אָזְנָיו נִפְתְּחוּ וּמִיָּד הֻתַּר קֶשֶׁר לְשׁוֹנוֹ וְהוּא דִּבֵּר בְּבֵרוּר. אָז צִוָּה עֲלֵיהֶם שֶׁלֹּא יְסַפְּרוּ לְאִישׁ, אַךְ כְּכָל שֶׁצִּוָּה זֹאת עֲלֵיהֶם כֵּן הִרְבּוּ לְהַכְרִיז עַל כָּךְ. הֵם הִשְׁתּוֹמְמוּ עַד מְאֹד וְאָמְרוּ: “הַכֹּל עָשָׂה יָפֶה! אֶת הַחֵרְשִׁים הוּא עוֹשֶׂה לְשׁוֹמְעִים וְאֶת הָאִלְּמִים לִמְדַבְּרִים!” פ
Again, he came out from the region of Tzor (Tyre) and Tzidon (Sidon) returning to the Sea of Galil within the region of the Ten Cities (the Decapolis). They (the people) brought him a man who was deaf and mute, and they begged him to place his hand on him. Yeshua took him out alone from the midst of the crowd. He placed his fingers in his ears, spat, and touched his tongue. He looked intently toward heaven and sighed. (Then) He said to him, “Hiffatach!”(הִפָּתַח) which is interpreted, “OpenI” Immediately his ears were opened and the binding of his tongue was loosened, and he spoke with clear language. He commanded them not to tell anyone, but the more he warned them, the more they made it heard. They were extremely astonished and said, “He does everything well; he even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak!”
