The Twelve Post-Resurrection Appearances of the Mashiach:

Since the resurrection of the Messiah occurred during the first day of the Omer (i.e. on Reshit Katzir) and the Holy Spirit was given to the disciples 50 days later on Shavuot, Twelve of the Messiah’s recorded post-resurrection appearances occurred during the 49 days of the Omer count.

From this list of Twelve appearances we are able to discern which appearances are on known days of the Omer Count and which days are not. The seven  known days of appearance are designated by their exact Omer count number; the five unknown days of appearance are designated by the Omer count range of numbers that the specified events must fall under:

Celebrating the Ascnsion of the Messiah (Mem B’Omer):

The Ascension of the Messiah into Heaven is celebrated 40 days after Messiah’s triumph over death (Iyyar 25).

It is on this Ascension Day of Iyyar 25 that we will set aside time to study and reflect on the Forty-nine Miracles of Messiah. This important day of commemorating the Ascension of Messiah and the 49 miracles that accompanied His three and one-half year ministry will occur just Ten days before the appointed time of Shavuot. This Ten day period of our preparing to receive the Living Torah of Heaven parallels the Ten day period of time (in Yamim Noraim) when the people of Israel were preparing themselves to receive from Moses the second set of “unbroken” Ten Commandment tablets that the Great Prophet was to bring to them on the day of Yom Kippur.

7 Sayings, 7 Signs, 49 Parables, and 49 Miracles:

Nine days later, on the 49th and final day of our Counting the Omer, just one day before celebrating Shavuot, in commemoration of our completing all of our study upon the “Seven ‘I Am’ Sayings,” “49 Parables,” and “49 Miracles” of Messiah we will post a special summary teaching on the “Seven Signs” of Ha-Mashiach.
